We have separate library areas for mental health and chemical dependency services. In addition, many or our clinicians have their own books in their offices. Unfortunately, it is quite a challenge most of the time to find a particular book or video when you need it because of the lack of organization. Ideally, we need these all cataloged and put on a software program that could be easily accessed (to note its location) on a network by all of our clinicians. Given our past and current budget constraints, we have been unable to purchase a canned program or find extra staff to meet our needs for this project.
