Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Training
- Clarkson University's ITL offers Cisco CCNA training, Semesters 1-4.
- Once enrolled, access the Cisco Curriculum and extras online - Cisco Academy Connection.
- Or access the Cisco Curriculum on the Windows side of any ITL PC (look in the Start Menu).
- Take Cisco for course credit as a directed or independent study (see MP*52 for more information).
- Typically 2 Cisco semesters can be taken in one college semester.
- Read the chapters or modules and do the labs/case studies in each Cisco semester.
- Get ready for the certification exam by answering practice multiple choice questions.
- Get hands on experience by using the Cisco networking equipment in the lab (also use Router eSIM).
- Finally, once you have completed semesters 1-4, take the certification exam at a testing center.
- Learn about jobs and career opportunities in the Cisco Associates Program.

To complete a Cisco semester, you must do the following:
- Enroll in Cisco and read the material.
- Pass an exam given by the instructor.
- Participate in hands-on labs.
- Provide feedback on the semester.
