For many years now, students here at Clarkson University have taken courses in film, cinema and video production. The purpose of this site is to make students' film projects--in genres ranging from comedy, action and drama to mystery and romance--available on the web.

For each course, students are given a semester to write a script, draw out a storyboard, gather movie equipment, shoot their movies, and edit it all together with the help of Dan Dullea, Director of Media Technologies. There is a page for each video that has been chosen one of the best of the class projects for each semester.

The next couple of years will see a wonderful growth of mutimedia develpment and the arts for Clarkson University, with a new muttimedia lab optimized for video production and editing. The student courses involving media and video are taught by Professor Frances Weller Bailey, Professor Steve Doheny-Farina and Professor Joanne Passaro.

The newest features for CUFILMS include the martial arts action short: The Hardest Test and a touching documentary on Clarkson's Hockey Team: The Golden Game.
