







Help and Support - HelpDesk
The OIT HelpDesk provides triage for all technology needs and inquiries from students, faculty and
administrative staff to OIT staff. The user community is encouraged to call xHELP (x4357) for any
issue related to computers, telephones or audio-visual equipment. The HelpDesk employs a ticket
tracking system as a tool for managing duties and communicating issues from the customer to the
technician who is best qualified to handle the problem. We strive to provide excellent customer
service that is prompt, accurate and friendly.
