Testing Accommodations at the Student Development Center
For your information the Contract for Testing Accommodations (.doc 32 KB) must be signed by the student in the Office of Accommodative Services for students to receive testing accommodations.
If the exam is administered in the Student Development Center, the instructions for your exam must be completed on the Accommodative Services Exam Cover Sheet (.pdf 18 KB) and delivered to the Accommodative Services Office. The exam will be returned according to your directions.
