Apartment Options for Upperclassmen
After your first year at Clarkson, your housing
choices include apartment-style living with kitchen facilities. If you live
in one of these units, you are exempt from the campus meal plan. All of these
units are carpeted and include basic furnishings such as beds, desks and chairs,
living and dining room furniture, stoves and refrigerators. Your choices for
apartment living units include:
- Woodstock Village, on the hillside south of the Educational Resources Center and the Science Center; it comprises 10 apartment buildings with 10 living units each, ranging from efficiency apartments to one- and two-bedroom units
- The Townhouse Apartments (for juniors and seniors only), located just south of CAMP; these comprise 52 two-bedroom units with basic furniture that house four students each
- Riverside Apartments (for juniors and seniors only), located on the east edge of campus, south of the athletic field; these comprise 12 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment complex has a student apartment manager to assist residents.
