Class Offerings

REGISTRATION: Registration is complete when payment is received. Payment must be received by January 30th. Late registration will be allowed with permission of the instructor only. Some classes have limited enrollment and may require a waiting list if the class becomes full. Registration can be made by either mailing payment and registration form or by visiting the Fitness Center Secretary (Ruth Lacombe) in person. Telephone registration will only be allowed on classes that require NO FEE. Green registration forms may be found at the Fitness Center or at the Recreation Office. For classes that require a fee, slots will not be held without payment. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Check, or Money Order payable to Clarkson University. Classes begin the week of January 26th and will run until April 30th.

Classes are offered to Students, Faculty, Staff, and Fitness Center Club Members. Class fee categorization goes as follows:
  • Students: Current CU Students
  • Members: are classified as paying Fitness Center Members, Faculty, Staff, CU
  • Retirees, and CU students
  • Cancellations: In the event of class cancellations, a make up week will be offered during the week of May 3-7th.
  • Refunds: The week of January 26th is the time to find whether you will be interested in the class. Refunds will not be granted.

Registration is through Ruth Lacombe only. Classes run for 16 weeks. Cancellations occur during academic breaks and holidays. Fee must be paid by week 2 of class.
