The Clarkson University Fitness Club provides the opportunity for alumni, community friends and visitors to use the athletic and recreation facilities for a reasonable fee.
Check out our new section Fitness Tip of the MonthMake arm training its own workout. If you follow a split schedule, you probably work your biceps and triceps after your chest, back or shoulders. This is smart for giving the larger bodypart a full effort but most likely results in a less-than-intense arm workout. Add in some variety by occasionally separating your arm workouts from other bodypart sessions; you'll see a noticeable increase in your strength and intensity, and your arms will make progress like never before.
At this time there is a waiting list to join the Fitness Club of three months. Upon recipt of a membership application and a Par Q you will be placed on the waiting list and notified of any openings. Please contact the Fitness Center Secretary with any question, 268-7931.
