Undergraduate Student Handbook

The purpose of this document is to provide an explanation of the graduation requirements for the undergraduate programs of the ECE Department. It is intended to be used as a reference for undergraduate students in planning their program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and ensuring that they meet graduation requirements. Students are encouraged to ask questions of their advisor, but are reminded that it is the student's responsibility to meet all graduation requirements.

Class of 2006-2009

Class of 2010 and beyond

The order in which the courses are taken in any particular student's academic program may differ from the order shown on the curriculum sheet, but all requirements listed on the relevant sheet must be met before graduation. Experience has shown that the order shown on the curriculum sheets is the best for most students, who do not have advanced placement credit when they arrive, do not get behind for any reason, and are not involved in the Cooperative Education Program (Co-op Program).
