$400 ACS members*
$425 non-ACS members*
$200 student presenters*

After May 1, 2005 an additional $50 fee will be added to all registrations.

*The above registration fees include breakfast, lunch and morning coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday and afternoon coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday only.

Registration fee also includes evening receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Banquet on Tuesday evening (June 14) is additional.

Registered Participants

Registration is available now and early registration is suggested

Anyone requiring a letter of invitation to obtain their U.S. visa, we urge you to apply early.

Please send your request to Carol Paulsen paulsen@clarkson.edu and include your full name, your postal address and the name of the session in which you are participating.

For those planning on staying in on campus housing, please be aware there will be a $25 key charge when you pick up your room key at the registration desk. This must be paid in U.S. currency ONLY. The $25 will be reimbursed to you when you return your room key to the registration desk.

If you are using a credit card for your registration, your registration will be processed immediately when the charges clear. If you are sending a check or money order ( US currency ONLY), your registration will be held until receipt of the check or money order. After the check or money order clears, your registration will be processed immediately. If you wish to do a wire transfer (bank to bank), please contact Carol Paulsen, paulsen@clarkson.edu, for bank details. Once your wire transfer is received, your registration will be processed immediately. Wire transfers will cost both your institution and Clarkson a nominal fee of approximately $25.00US.
