Farzad Mahmoodi is professor of Operations Management and director of the Center for Global Competitiveness. Dr. Mahmoodi has been involved in executive education and is the founding director of the Global Supply Chain Management Executive Seminar at Clarkson University. His research interests focus on design and control of manufacturing and logistics systems. He has published numerous articles in leading journals, such as Decision Sciences, Journal of Operations Management, and the International Journal of Production Research, and has been involved in several consulting projects. Dr. Mahmoodi has been the recipient of teaching, research and leadership awards. He serves on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Production Research, the International Journal of Industrial Engineering and as the associate editor of the International Journal of Integrated Supply Management.

Rajesh Sethi is associate professor of Marketing. His research interests are in the areas of new product development, supply chain management, and electronic commerce. Dr. Sethi has published his research in leading academic and professional journals such as Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Harvard Business Review, and Journal of Product Innovation Management. He has been the recipient of research and teaching awards. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Sethi had over 10 years of professional experience in industry. He has held various managerial positions with a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation in the areas of new product development, marketing, supply chain management, and project management.

Michael Wasserman is assistant professor of Organizational Studies. Dr. Wasserman’s research interests include the integration of technology and human capital into business strategy as well as the linkages among managerial thinking, technology architectures, and firm performance. Dr. Wasserman has extensive experience teaching graduate courses in strategic and technology management. He has consulted with, and provided corporate education for a variety of firms and government organizations over the past 10 years.

Boris Jukić is associate professor of Information Systems. His research interests are in the areas of Electronic Commerce, Internet Technology, Organizational Adoption of IT and Systems Modeling. He has published a number of articles in leading MIS journals, such as Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems and International Journal of Electronic Commerce. Besides his research, Dr Jukić was involved in consulting projects for various industry and government agencies and institutions.

Heimo Losbichler is professor of Finance and department chair of Finance at Steyr University, Austria. He is an elected member of the board of the International Controller Association. Dr. Losbichler's research and teaching interests include value-based management, financial performance analysis, activity based costing, and financial performance measurement within the supply chain. He has published his research in leading German academic and professional journals. Dr. Losbichler served as the CEO of Baudatentechnik GMBH (an Austrian IT company) for three years and has consulted extensively with several leading Austrian companies.

Mary E. Graham is Newell Associate Professor in the School of Business at Clarkson University. Dr. Graham teaches courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in human resource management, rewards management, and leading organizational change. She has publications on incentive pay programs, gender-related pay disparities, and perceptions of corporate reputation, including papers in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, Organization Science, and Eastern Economic Journal. She is an associate editor of Human Resource Management journal and serves on the editorial board of Human Resource Management Review. Dr. Graham is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Prior to her academic career, she earned her C.P.A. and worked on Capitol Hill for several members of the U.S. Congress.
