5 pm	KNIGHT CLASS - Wine Tasting 101 An introduction to fine wines by Prof. Egon Matijevic. (Adirondack Lodge)
6:30 pm	KNIGHT CLASS - Peter Turner's Whisky Tasting Prof. Peter Turner will discuss and share with you how to enjoy and drink single malt whiskys. (Barben Rooms)
7:30 pm	President's Dessert Reception For the Class of 1958 & Golden Years With President Tony Collins & Karen Collins at the President's House.

	"Fingerprints, Iris Scans and Voice Recognition: The Real Threat of Spoofing" Prof. Stephanie Schuckers, Electrical and Computer Engineering, will give a fascinating overview of biometrics and show some results from research on ways to decrease the vulnerabilities of biometric devices. (Room 212, Bertrand H. Snell Hall)
